At Bear Creek Dental Clinic, our goal is to help our patients look and feel their absolute best. From simple preventative care appointments, to smile design or dental implants, we always make sure that each of our patients receives the highest standard of professional dental care. We understand that sometimes it’s not convenient to visit the dentist and that’s why we have extended hours on Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We are open two Saturdays a month from September through May, to better suit your scheduling needs. Additionally, we accept most dental insurance plans and offer assignment of benefits, which means that once we see you, you are only required to pay the portion that your insurance company does not cover. Lastly, we know that some treatments can be costly, so please ask us about our payment schedules.
We offer same-day emergency appointments; we will do our best to get you in to see a dentist as soon as possible when you are in pain. We provide a comfortable, relaxed environment to put you at ease during your visit. For those that are nervous about visiting the dentist, we offer various methods of sedation ensuring you the utmost comfort at all times. Because your smile is important to us we provide a range of Smile Design services, ranging from simple improvements to total makeovers. We offer placement and care for dental implants, as well as implant supported dentures, providing you with more options for replacing missing teeth. We are able to take care of most surgical procedures, including the extraction of wisdom teeth, right here in our dental clinic, thus reducing your wait times for referrals to other facilities.
For your peace of mind, our office is a metal free clinic, using only white composite and porcelain fillings. We use digital x-rays, which use one tenth of the normal radiation exposure. We are also up to date with our sterilization procedures and techniques to meet and even exceed government regulations.

For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
